No Returns or Refunds
All sales on SafePeptides.net are final and non-refundable. Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances.
Research-grade peptide compounds are specialty products subject to strict handling, cold-chain, and quality-control requirements. Once a product leaves our facility, its storage and handling conditions fall outside our control, making returns impossible to process safely or fairly.
Why We Can't Accept Returns
Peptide compounds require strict temperature, light, and handling controls. Once a product ships, we cannot verify it has been stored or handled correctly — accepting it back would compromise the integrity of our inventory.
Our compounds are lyophilized (freeze-dried) and batch-tested with Certificates of Analysis. Returned products cannot be re-certified or re-sold without re-testing, which is not economically viable for individual units.
Accepting returns of research chemicals creates regulatory and liability complexities. Our no-return policy ensures the compounds reaching every customer have an unbroken, verified chain of custody from our facility.
Exceptions for Fulfillment Errors
While all sales are final, we take full responsibility for errors on our end. If we make a mistake, we will make it right.
Claims for fulfillment errors must be submitted within 48 hours of confirmed delivery with photographic evidence. Contact support@safepeptides.net with your order number and documentation.
Partner Subscription Fees
Monthly white-label partner subscription fees are non-refundable once charged, without exception. Subscription access is granted immediately upon billing — the value is delivered at the moment of access. You may cancel anytime to stop future charges; no refund of the current or any past billing period will be issued.
