2.5 Misuse Prohibited. Any use of our products in violation of this Section 2 is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 3. Eligibility & Geographic Restrictions
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from this Site. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
3.2 Jurisdictional Compliance. You are solely responsible for determining whether the import, possession, purchase, and use of any product is legal in your country, state, province, or locality. Laws regarding research chemicals vary significantly by jurisdiction. SafePeptides LLC makes no representation that any product is legal to import or possess in any particular jurisdiction outside of the United States.
3.3 Sanctioned Territories. We do not ship to countries subject to comprehensive U.S. trade sanctions or embargoes. Orders attempted from sanctioned territories will be cancelled and refunded.
3.4 Export Controls. Our products may be subject to U.S. export control laws and regulations. You agree to comply with all applicable export laws and will not export or re-export any product to any prohibited country, individual, or entity.
4. Orders, Pricing & Payment
4.1 Order Acceptance. Your placement of an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to orders that appear to be placed by minors, orders with incomplete information, orders to restricted regions, or orders we deem suspicious. An order is accepted when we send a shipping confirmation email.
4.2 Pricing. All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, and shipping fees unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Prices shown at checkout are final for that transaction.
4.3 Taxes & Duties. You are responsible for all applicable sales taxes, import duties, customs fees, and any other governmental charges applicable to your order. We are required to collect sales tax in jurisdictions where we have nexus as required by applicable law.
4.4 Payment Security. All payment transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant third-party payment processors. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
4.5 Order Cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability. If your order is cancelled after payment, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
5. Shipping & Delivery
5.1 Shipping Policy. We ship to eligible addresses within the United States and select international destinations. Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
5.2 International Shipments. For international orders, you are solely responsible for ensuring that the products can legally be imported into your country. If customs authorities seize or refuse a shipment, we are not liable for the loss of the products or any associated fees. We will not issue refunds for shipments seized by customs unless required by applicable law.
5.3 Risk of Loss. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the products to the carrier. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value orders.
5.4 Lost or Damaged Shipments. If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@safepeptides.net within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and, if appropriate, reship or refund your order at our discretion.
6. Returns, Refunds & Disputes
6.1 Return Policy. Due to the nature of research chemicals and strict quality control protocols, we generally do not accept returns of opened products. Unopened products in original, sealed condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit, subject to our approval and a restocking fee of up to 20%.
6.2 Defective Products. If you receive a product that is demonstrably defective or materially different from what was ordered, please contact us at support@safepeptides.net within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence. We will, at our option, replace the product or issue a full refund.
6.3 No Returns for Regulatory Reasons. We cannot accept returns or issue refunds based on claims that a product is illegal in your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to verify legality before placing an order.
6.4 Chargebacks. If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your financial institution in bad faith or without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including collection of associated fees and costs, and to permanently ban you from future purchases.
6.5 Refund Processing. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary by payment processor.
7. Product Quality & Purity Representations
7.1 Quality Assurance. We represent that our products are tested for purity and identity by third-party analytical laboratories using HPLC and/or mass spectrometry methods. Certificates of Analysis (CoA) reflecting these results are available upon request for each product batch.
7.2 Purity Specifications. We strive to maintain a minimum purity standard of ≥98% for all products where technically feasible. Actual purity for each batch is reflected in the applicable CoA.
7.3 Storage & Handling. Product quality is dependent on proper storage and handling. We are not responsible for degradation or loss of potency resulting from improper storage, freeze-thaw cycles, contamination, or other handling errors by the purchaser or carrier after delivery.
7.4 Lot-to-Lot Variation. Minor lot-to-lot variation in physical characteristics (appearance, solubility) may occur and does not constitute a product defect, provided purity specifications are met.
8. Disclaimers of Warranties

17. White-Label Partner Program — Liability & Compliance
IMPORTANT: Partners who subscribe to the SafePeptides white-label program assume full legal and regulatory responsibility for all downstream distribution, marketing, and end-use of products supplied under their brand.
17.1 Role of SafePeptides LLC. SafePeptides LLC acts solely as a contract manufacturer and fulfillment provider for white-label partners. We supply HPLC-verified compounds with CoA documentation. We do not control, direct, or bear responsibility for how partners market, label (beyond the physical label we print per your approved design), price, distribute, or sell products under their own brand.
17.2 Partner Assumes All Downstream Liability. By subscribing to the white-label program, you ("Partner") expressly agree that:
- You are solely responsible for ensuring your end customers understand and comply with all applicable research-use-only restrictions;
- You will not make any human-consumption, therapeutic, or health claims about any product supplied under this program;
- You will include appropriate research-use-only disclaimers on all product listings, packaging, and marketing materials;
- You are solely responsible for compliance with all laws, regulations, and licensing requirements in every jurisdiction in which you operate or distribute;
- Any regulatory action, lawsuit, fine, or penalty arising from your marketing or distribution activities is your sole liability.
17.3 Indemnification by Partner. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SafePeptides LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, fines, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your downstream marketing or distribution of white-label products; (b) any claims made by your customers or third parties relating to products sold under your brand; (c) your violation of this Section 17 or any applicable law; or (d) any regulatory investigation or enforcement action triggered by your activities.
17.4 No Medical Claims Permitted. Making therapeutic, medical, health, or human-consumption claims in connection with products supplied under this program is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of your partner access without refund.
17.5 Label Approval. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the labels you design and approve through our label builder comply with all applicable labeling laws in your jurisdiction. Our review and printing of your approved label design does not constitute legal approval or endorsement of the label's compliance.
17.6 Termination for Misuse. SafePeptides LLC reserves the right to immediately terminate any partner's access, without refund, if we become aware of prohibited conduct under this Section 17 or any other provision of these Terms.
